Ras al-Jinz, the easternmost point of the Arabian Peninsula, is the most important nesting site in the world for green sea turtles, an endangered species. The cliff-lined beach is a protected area with regulated access.

Watching turtles laying eggs is a fascinating experience on the beach protected by sandstone cliffs. The magic of the place makes the show all the more extraordinary. The best season is from April to November.
